An IPA series we have here at JAFB. The malt bill stays the same every time but the hop additions are changed and rearranged to create newly unique IPA every batch. This IPA uses lots of new hop varieties. These hops include: Mosaic, El Dorado, Equinox, Nelson Sauvin, and Waimea. Of course there are staples in there as well like Simcoe and Centiannial. Sample at the taproom. Pours a clear pale orange color with a medium thin white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruit, hops and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, mango, pine and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a dank hoppy aftertaste. Another solid entry to the series.
