Sample at the brewpub. Hazy bright yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart citrus, white wine and doughy yeast. The finish is mildly tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.
