Bridal Veil Rye Pale ale was the base inspiration for this collaboration with Kyle Hollingsworth (Keyboard for String Cheese). Kyle said that Bridal Veil was one of his favorite goto brews, so we decided to infuse an American Style Pale Ale with Bitter Orange Peel and Spruce tips, harvested from the forest directly behind the brewery! To finish, we threw a big Citra Dryhop into the mix and it tastes delicious

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/21/2015. Clear yellow-gold color with a medium foamy white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and malt. Light-bodied with an herbal hops character and notes of fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a mild rye and grassy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
