Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a clear orange color with a medium bright white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Sticky sporadic rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, caramel and earthy hops. The finish is malty up front and leaves a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
