Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VI on 10/03/2014. The beer pours a clear reddish-purple color with a medium pinkish-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit, spice and yeast. Medium body with flavors of red fruits, funky yeast and malt. The finish is moderately sour with a tart cherry and plum aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
