Tap at Let the Boy Die, Bangkok. Poured a clear light straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is big yeast, some light spices. The flavour is big dry yeasty bitter and that totally dominates the beer. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A Saison needs to be light and refreshing, but the dry yeasty bitterness dominated this beer all the way through and left no room for anything else.
