Sample at the brewpub. Pours a pale golden color with a medium white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, caramel and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, toasted malt and caramel. The finish is mildly bitter with an herbal hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sampled from the tap at the Mundelin craft beer festival. Pours a golden yellow with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice pine hop note with a backing grass note as well as underlying sweet grains. Flavor is a bit more dank with a dank grass note with a bit of earth grain backing.
