Sample at the Seventh Son Tap Invasion at Daily Growler on 12/11/2013. Dark brownish-amber color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt and ginger. Medium-bodied with flavors of toasted malt, allspice and ginger. The finish is sweet with a malt and spiced fruit aftertaste. Above average overall.
