Sample at McMenamin’s Old St. Francis School in Bend. This beer is a clear pale orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of floral hops, grapefruit and sweet malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
