Sample at the Brews Cafe "Spring Forward" beer festival on 03/09/2013: This beer is a dark brown color with a medium khaki head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of roasted malt and chocolate. Medium-bodied with flavors of dark chocolate, malt and a touch of brine. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
