On draught at Brave Horse Tavern. This beer pours a dark brown color with a medium beige head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and oak. Medium-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, vinous oak and mild coffee. The finish is roasty with a malt aftertaste. Above average overall.
