This is the May selection in Elevator’s "PHD" program. The beer pours a slightly cloudy orange-gold color with a medium dense off-white head that recedes slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, fruit and a bit of honey. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet malt and wheat as well as grassy hops and fruit. The finish is sweet and leaves a short malty honey aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
