On draught at the brewpub as part of the Hop Odyssey series. This beer is a clear reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of spiced hops and earthy malt. Medium body with a moderately bitter hops character that has spice and resin notes. Malty undertones as well. The finish is hoppy with a toasted malt aftertaste. Another solid entry in this monthly series from CBC.
