Sample at the Beer ’N Rock Band tasting on 08/27/2010: 2009 bottle. The beer is a clear golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Sweet biscuity malt and yeast aroma. Light body with flavors of yeast, bananas and malt. The finish is malt and yeast with a sweet aftertaste. A little above average overall.
