On draught at the brewpub, served in a chalice. The beer is a clear orange-gold color with a medium thin and bubbly off-white head that diminishes slowly. Patchwork lacing on the glass. The aroma is fruity with pale malt and spice notes. Medium, clean body with a sweet fruity character accompanied by chrystal malt and lightly spiced hops. The finish is tart apple with a malty backbone. Pretty good overall.
