Sampled at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Clear ruby pour with a pink head. Massive funk, cherries, light cognac. Very dry, acidic, mouth-puckering.

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, clear light red-orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, grass, minerals, cherry stones, soda powder, dry sour cherries, fruit salt, minerals, oak, cherry peel. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, cherry stones, soda powder, sorrel, sour cherries, cinnamon, grass, cherry peel, oak. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mineraly. Nice.

0,05l from tap at MBCC yellow session shared with / by the crew. reddish hazy color, small white head. smells funk, nutty, cherry notes, marzipan, lightly grassy, very nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of grass, citrus, marzipan, nutty, peppery, light cherries. finishes light to mediuum sour with notes of marzipan, grass and light cherry notes. very nice one, would prefer even more fruity but overall very good to drink. 8, 4, 7, 3, 17

From tap. Pours cloudy pink with a small white head. Aroma is rasberry to cherry. Citric and smooth fruity. Crisp fruity and lingering citrusy mellow fruity far finish.
