Bottle, split at Cotteridge. Dusky pink. Ring of off white head. Nose has cherry yoghurt. Woody herb. Cherry stone. Some vanilla. Taste is tart, dry, and a little sweet on the lips. Clean and bright mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Clean and crisp, tart finish. Good.

(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours a hazy reddish colour with a white head. Notes of nice tart cherry flesh that bring a little sweetness, marzipan, cherry pits, a little apple, soft citrus and floral accents, wet funk, plenty of wood, light to moderate tannic bitterness. Moderately tart ending dry and mineral, between jammy and delicate, with a persistent cherry finish. Fairly light bodied with moderate carbonation. Very nice, elegant beer from CS, a bit more substance than some of their pale fruit offerings.

Draft at the source. Pours unclear red with a creamy, white-pink head. The nose has some tart cherries, sweat. Light sweet flavour with nice meaty, fleshy tart cherries, some salt, nice adicity. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Tart and quenching on the finish, with more true cherry character. Excellent. (Score: 4.2, September 2017.)

Light sweet flavour with decent acidity, tart berries, more manure notes. Light bodied with average carbonation. Quenching finish, tart and dry. Good one. (Score: 3.8, June 2018.)

Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aroma has notes of malt, cherry, funk, yeast, horse blanket, barnyard, tartness and fruitiness. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium sour with a long funky, yeasty, cherry, fruity and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Hazy red, kinda pinkish foam, super good lacing.
Very funky smell with sour cherries and some woody notes.
50-50 mix of horseblanket and sour cherries. Some vanilla and woody notes from the oak.
Medium body with mildish carbonation despite the huge pop when I pulled the cork out.
A most pleasing brew!
