Dark in color, approaching black with ruby highlights due the generous use of English chocolate and crystal malts. The strong roasted note of the malt bill is balanced with US grown Warrior and Centennial hops.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two and a half fingers of khaki foamy head which died off at a nice pace to leave some light lace.
Aroma: deep roasted malts, coffee tones, toasted nuts, sweet earthy whiffs, some cocoa powder
Flavor: combines the roastiness to the sweetness very nicely, mild aftertaste of roasty coffee hints and some cocoa powder
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, good roast and how it hits the tongue, some smoothness, mild finish of roasty tones and coffee
Overall: nicely done porter very worthy of returning to.
