Malts: Ale Malt, CaraRed, Dark Crystal, Crystal

Nose: Caramel, Biscuit, Floral, Herbal
Taste: Key characteristics are from the malts, caramel, biscuit and toasted notes. Smooth mouthfeel with floral and herbal notes and moderate bitterness levels, thanks to the use of hops.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2023. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is nutty rough biscuit malts, grass, subdued, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, grape, woody raisin, bark, grass, rough round the edges. Woody grape, balsa. Not great.
