Tap at the new gosnells place bermondsey. A light hazed petrol coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is earthy honey, grass, cereal, white grape, pear, floral notes, light wheat,. Flavour is composed of floury wheat, mellow watery honey, pear, kiwi, light mineral, pez sweets. Palate is crisp, light tart, refreshing.
