Bottle from the Ho Chi Minh City brewpub. Poured a hazy yellow straw colour with a very short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is grainy malt and yeast. The flavour is yeast, light banana, light spice with a light smooth dry yeasty palate. medium to light bodied with soft carbonation after the initial fizz.
