At the Carnival season we eat jelly doughnuts, what else? How would it be if we could eat more of it, if we could drink it? Let there be Funk Fare! A hefty amount of peaches went into the concoction, bringing with it the familiar doughnut jam filling. And the lactose, biscuit crumbs, wheat malt and oatmeal bring the feeling of the heavy and sweet dough. A bite in every mouthful.
Farsangkor fánkot zabálunk, mi mást? Milyen lenne, ha még többet tudnánk belőle zabálni, ha meg is tudnánk azt inni? Megszületett a Funk Fare. Tömény mennyiségű barack ment a főzetbe, ami hozza magával a jól megszokott fánk lekváros töltelékét, a laktóz, kekszmorzsa, búzamaláta és zabmaláta pedig a nehéz és édes tésztáját. Minden kortyában egy harapás.

0,33 can. Behind the usual "messy" label is an unfiltered, bronze-tinged beer with a fairly decent white head that subsided relatively quickly. Aroma: I felt yeastiness. Which may not be the case, but I strongly felt a very little malt and a little barrel "mustiness". In theory, a sour should not have such aromas, but this was it.. (It's not bad anyway, just interesting, it somehow reminded me of barrel aging, but it shouldn't...) The taste is completely "true to style": it opens sourly, but fresh, with good body, peachy, fruity. It had a jam-biscuit aftertaste, which is completely good. However, there was still a wild yeastiness in my mouth afterwards. I liked it! Extremely delicious, good body, very good to "drink"! I only read your own description after the test: the jam-and-biscuit feeling came through, you cooked very delicious carnival donuts, congratulations!

A szokásos "zűrzavaros" címke mögött egy szűretlen, bronzba hajló sör egész korrekt fehér habbal, ami viszonylag gyorsan apadt. Aroma: én élesztősséget éreztem. Ami lehet hogy nem így van, de én most erősen azt éreztem, egy nagyon kevés malátát és egy kis hordós "dohosságot". Elvileg egy sour-nak pont nem ilyen illatokat kellene hozni, de ez volt.. (Amúgy nem rossz, csak érdekes, valahogy egy hordóérlelést juttatott eszembe, pedig nem kellene...) Ízre már teljesen "stílushű": savanyúan, de frissen nyit, jó testes, barackos, gyűmölcsös. Lekváros-kekeszes utóíze volt, ami teljesen jó. Viszont utólag is vad- élesztősség maradt a számban. Nekem tetszett! Kifejezetten finom, jó test, nagyon jó "inni"! Csak a teszt után olvastam a saját leírásukat : átjött a lekváros- kekszes érzés, nagyon finom farsangi fánkot főztetek, gratulálok!
