Dry Hopped Czech Pale Lager (Schilling Collaboration) Pulling from various traditions, this one features: floor malted English and Czech Malt, a unique German hop varietal grown by our friends at Locher Hopfen, Petit Blanc, found on old vines in the Champagne-Ardennes region. Mashed in accordance with a traditional single decoction and dry hopped similar to an Italian Pilsner. This creative endeavor started with the seemingly simple question, what would the influential lager brewers of prior eras do with ubiquitous access to materials and process?

16 oz can from Justin, thanks brosef, 3/25/25. Mostly clear orange, with a golden hue, white head, fairly strong lacework. Grains, bread, malt . Kind of lemony. A little thin. Okay. Something feels slightly flawed / off, though I can't put my finger on what. Decent overall.
