Dry Hopped Czech Pale Lager (Schilling Collaboration) Pulling from various traditions, this one features: floor malted English and Czech Malt, a unique German hop varietal grown by our friends at Locher Hopfen, Petit Blanc, found on old vines in the Champagne-Ardennes region. Mashed in accordance with a traditional single decoction and dry hopped similar to an Italian Pilsner.
