This treat is dark amber in colour with a rich mouthfeel and a crisp, sweet finish. Think Caramel and apple Strudel with a hint of cinnamon!

Cask at Old Bell, Derby Pours a rich red brown with minimal head, but good lacing. Nose is a heady mixture of apples and spices like cinnamon. In the mouth it is creamy with light carbonation. Taste is not only toffee and apples (obviously) but also other fruits like oranges. In contrast to the sweetness in the mouth, the finish is bitter with hopos and spcies dominating. Not bad at all – better than I was expecting.
