A homage to sunny California and the beautiful light golden ales with hoppy aromas that are everyday staples there. Lighter than our Pale Ale yet bolder than our Pilsner, this beer is the perfect balance of easy drinking with huge aromas to keep things interesting. We have dry hopped this Cali Gold witn a healthy dose of Simcoe and Huell Melon hops which are known for fruity, citrus, melon and orange like flavours.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a clear golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light buttery yeast, dry woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, fresh, malt, yeast, smooth dry woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft to average carbonation.
