A Belgian-style IPA brewed with Buddha Hand fruit and local fresh green peppercorns. A Belgian IPA refers to the use of a Belgian style yeast strain in an otherwise American style hoppy IPA. We go a step further adding spices and fruit, which has a long tradition in Belgian brewing. The hops used have pine and citrus flavours which complement the esters produced by the yeast. The yeast strain produces a bold range of spice and fruit character that is a accentuated by the Buddha Hand and peppercorn addition. Overall this is a very flavour intense beer and yet is balanced enough to keep you wanting more.

Tap at the HCMC brewpub. Poured a very slightly hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, yeast, tropical fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a big Belgian malt, floral, dry woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
