Sour mashed farmhouse ale fermented with our house saison yeast. The beer was then re-fermented with blackberries and mangoes to add complexity and a refreshing breakfast juice finish. Look out for the barrel-aged version in a few months time.

Draught at the American Taproom, Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin broken white head and one or two bubbles. The aroma is yeast, big citrus fruits. The is moderate sour with a light, crisp, refreshing, tart citrus palate. Medium medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. More like a Gose to me.
