Tap at Brewerkz, Sentosa Boardwalk, Singapore. Poured a clear golden colour with a frothy white head, some broken lace and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt, Pilsner yeast, dry woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a clear, crisp, fresh, simple, malt, dry woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. I’m no fan of the style but this was an exceptionally good Pilsner. One of the best in the XP Series. A rival for Pilsner Urquell!
