Aromas are wet grain, malt, funk and oak. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet with a slightly sweet finish. Good body and carbonation. Satisfying. Nice beer.

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a nice creamy white head. Aroma of spicy/woody with some bready support. Med body at least. Flavor is aroma, but definitely spicy, earthy aspects, nice malt that's hard to describe. Dryish. Moderately bitter. Excellent.

16oz can pours a murky dark gold wurh a nice cap of white head. Nose has grist, honey, flowers, some light stone fruit. Flavor follows with honey and flowers, biscuits with orange marmalade, some peach still. Finishes fairly clean, light tannins. Mostly dry.

Was curious what a foeder-fermented pils tasted like, and…it tastes like a pils. Grainy sweetness, a little vanilla, some white bread, and a firm floral bitterness on the finish. Pretty good, not terribly memorable.
