Aromas are wet grain, malt, funk and oak. Flavors are similar to nose, bittersweet with a slightly sweet finish. Good body and carbonation. Satisfying. Nice beer.

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a nice creamy white head. Aroma of spicy/woody with some bready support. Med body at least. Flavor is aroma, but definitely spicy, earthy aspects, nice malt that's hard to describe. Dryish. Moderately bitter. Excellent.

Was curious what a foeder-fermented pils tasted like, and…it tastes like a pils. Grainy sweetness, a little vanilla, some white bread, and a firm floral bitterness on the finish. Pretty good, not terribly memorable.
