There are times when you want an easy drinking beer. It’s light, a little hoppy with floral undertones and very quaffable; perfect for setting the world to right with friends.

Meet the Brewer at CP&K. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, tiny white head. Smooth semi dry palate. Nice juicy hops - a little mango, peach and citrus orange. Nice combination. Semi dry finish. Easy drinking.

Bottle from Jacks, Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Friday 13th July 2012 Consumed at home Saturday 14th July 2012 Hazy dark gold/orange with white foamy head. Quite soft in mouth with sweet citrus.Pleasant beer and tasty for just 3.8% but very decent and good beer to follow Brewdog Hardcore IPA. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 3.6

On tap @ the Caley Sample Room. Pours golden with a decent head. The nose has toffee and biscuits. More toffee and biscuits with perhaps a little spice on the taste. The palate is medium bodied and textured with a dry finish and reasonably balanced. Overall, a solid ale.

Cask at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear yellow with an outrageously tight, white foam head. Nose holds plenty of sweet dough, zesty lemon and straw. Medium sweet flavor with white sugar, dough, dry straw, mild biscuits. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly drey, doughy with some crunchy hay. Basic though very pleasant.
