There are times when you want an easy drinking beer. It’s light, a little hoppy with floral undertones and very quaffable; perfect for setting the world to right with friends.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 23 Nov 2013) Pale amber colour with brief off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with peaches, citrus and biscuity malt. Fruity, malty taste with notes of peaches, biscuits, citrus and a certain citric/floral bitterness in the finish. Light body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and highly drinkable. Quite nice.

Gravity dispense at the 23rd Battersea Beer Festival - 06/02/13. Lightly hazed pale golden. Nose carries lemon sherbet, orange, pale malts, light hops. Taste comprises pale malts, citrus, grass, light smokey notes. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation with some bitterness in the finish. Ok drikable stuff but I’ve had better from Redwillow.

Aroma: Peachy and floral with caramel notes.
Appearance: Hazy golden body with fairly sizeable yeast flecks floating around. Massive white head that holds really well. Lively carbonation. Excellent lacing.
Taste: Nice balance between caramel and citrus flavours. Tastes a little soapy with bitter, unripe pear notes.
Palate: Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Soft carbonation.
Overall: Definitely doesn’t live up to its name - the head on this was huge! It’s hoppy but the citrus flavours taste unripe rather than punchy and juicy.

28th october 2012 Bottle home on a cold autumn night, early snow, this may be enjoyed best in the summer, anyway, pours clear, certainly not headless, big head that grows, aroma is weak, but fresh, taste is nice for the abv, overely carbonated for me, not that memorable and not a patch on wreckless
