Bottle at The Bottle Shop by Global Beer Exchange, Makati. Poured a murky medium amber with a big fizzy white head. The aroma is biscuit malt, red berry fruits, yeast, some alcohol. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, fresh, malt, light fruit, yeasty, alcoholic, lavender floral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Plenty of secondary fermentation in the bottle here. The floral bitter finish wasn’t pleasant and I struggled to finish a 330 ml bottle.

Draft - Nice citrus with a touch of mango. Cloudy gold with a rich beige head. Citrus and malt with a touch of tropical notes. Bitterness in the finish with a bit of alcohol. Solid.

dark amber color. Frothy white head. Very malty nose with some over rip fruit. Full bodied, big malt backbone with tons of hops. Just big everywhere. Not boozy but not subtle at all. Boring nose but pretty damn tasty after that.

Thank you Tim for bringing this! Pours clear amber, bit of foam. Just a bit of yeast flying around. Rich and opulent nose, tropical overripe fruits, malt sweetness there also. Taste is hoppy but balanced with sweeter and maltier fruitiness, tropically fruity. Drinks really well, dangerously so. Really good one from the Philippines.
