Though it’s based on an English Pale Ale, we tried to create a summer beer that would combine an intense aroma and high drinkability, while keeping a full-body, ideal for warm summer evenings.
We use Galaxy, a hop charged by the Australian sun, that, together with Citra, give the beer its intense aroma of tropical fruit. For bitterness we used the Apollo hop.

Keg @ GBBF ’17. Pours pale gold, small white head. Aroma has some citrus and lemon. Taste perhaps not as hoppy as I imagined, but a good representation of grapefruit, citru, lemon with some biscuit malt coming through before a soft bitter finish. Not bad.

0,75 l bottle. Pours light golden yellow with big frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango, pilsner malt. Taste is crisp and clean, malt and tropical fruit, light sweetness is quickly run over by medium lasting bitterness. Body is solid and crisp, texture slick and carbonation average. Finish is long, quite dry, light citrus taste and long bitterness.

From a.75 cl bottle in the Hauge. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Flaovrs ofgrapefrit and orange. Bitter finish. Nice pale ale.

Aroma of grapefruit, resin, passion fruit, pineapple, peach, some lemon candy.
Tastes pretty similar, very crisp and balanced.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, a bit dry, citric, zesty, resinous, fruity, a bit sweet.

On tap, @Restaurace Kulový Blesk, Praga. Viaje 03/2017 Color amarillo corona de espuma blanca, aroma a lupulo (frutal) seguido de buenos aromas a malta, el sabor es bastante lupulada (tropical y frutal) con notas a caramelo, cuerpo medio. rica.

On tap at Žil Verne, Bratislava. Number 4 tonight and still, it’s recognizable. I’m willing to agree that this may be nice summer APA. Fresh and hoppy, nice citrus aroma. Give me sunbed, umbrella and some heat!
