Though it’s based on an English Pale Ale, we tried to create a summer beer that would combine an intense aroma and high drinkability, while keeping a full-body, ideal for warm summer evenings.
We use Galaxy, a hop charged by the Australian sun, that, together with Citra, give the beer its intense aroma of tropical fruit. For bitterness we used the Apollo hop.

Draft at Wateringhole, Amsterdam. Near clear golden orange with a thick white head. Aroma of grass, citrus, light fruits. Flavour is above light sweet and above moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Zubaty Pes, Prague. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is light malt, weedy grassy hop, zesty citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light crisp refreshing, fresh, fruity hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Hazy light golden with firm creamy white head. Medium to heavily hopped, aromatic, tropical. Light sweet, herbal, mint, hoppy finish. Light to medium body, very drinkable, low hoppy sharacter. More like a session/summer pale ale.

Hazy golden with little but persistent white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, citrussy hoppy stuff and a little butter as well. Taste is orangey sourness and really fresh. Velvety smooth mouthfeel with fine bubbled carbonation. Finish is nice with more of everything. Nice

Tap at 20 PIP Prague. Orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is fruity New Zealand Hops, some pale malts. Taste is fruity and grassy hops, a bit bready malts, bitter and dry finish. Sharp, but fine-bubbled carbonation. Ah, and after a few sips, there’s the butter (but the nice, nourishing one)! Very good!
