Though it’s based on an English Pale Ale, we tried to create a summer beer that would combine an intense aroma and high drinkability, while keeping a full-body, ideal for warm summer evenings.
We use Galaxy, a hop charged by the Australian sun, that, together with Citra, give the beer its intense aroma of tropical fruit. For bitterness we used the Apollo hop.

Draft at Tapped Leeds. Clear golden yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit, mango. Taste is sweet soapy fruit. Interesting.

Bottle, 5.5% Hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, zest ,grapefruit and pineapple. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, pineapple, grapefruit, citrus, little sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste rich hops, fruits, citrus, malt, hops and flowers. Nice fruity bitter finish.

Shared BOTTLE 75 CL. Fruity tart hops, quite dank. Low on malts, a tad watery, dank light bitterness. Fresh and clean. 8-4-7-3-15=3.7

Taste: light sweetness and pretty assertive rotten fruit, which makes it feel kinda muddy and unfresh, robust dry bitter finish. A bit watery but smooth and free of astringency. Not bad, but guess I need a fresher bottle. 7-4-6-3-13=3.3

Bottle 0.75l. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- a bit sour, fruity, citrusy. FLAVOR- lightly sour, bitter, citrusy, tropical fruit, grapefruit. Medium bodied.

Hazy pale golden with a lasting white head. Hoppy aroma of citrus and tropical fruit with floral notes, along with a nice malty touch of fresh grain. Dryish, fruity hoppy flavour with a lovely malt character in the background. Light bitter finish

750ml bottle, thank you Ryan! Pours deep golden with a medium white head. Amazing hoppy notes, grapefruit, pine, impressive freshness. Flavour is perfectly balanced, light malt profile with a good bitter end. Medium body, medium carbonation. What a surprise!
