Nice, fruity blonde beer, the Honey has notes of lemon, orange and star anise. The Honey is strong and has a full body. The taste is light sweet and fresh bitter.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey, faint dark golden colour with average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Bready malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot, dried apricot, a touch of mustard and honey. Taste is bready malty, slightly fruity and dusty yeasty, hints of apricot, dried apricot, some biscuit, a cautious touch of honey; minimally warming, alcoholic finish, a little bit overcarbonated.

Blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are a little grassy and yeasty. It’s a bit over carbonated too. Flavour has hints of orange. A bit of aniseed in the finish.

Bottle. Golden color. Aroma of malt, cardboard and orangy yeast. Taste has cardboard, orange zest, yeast and malt. These people can’t brew, this is the third one that’s oxidized.

Tasted from the tap on the 09/07/2016 at Caminha Artbeerfest 2016. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of malts, honey and yeast. Taste is light citrus, yeast, honey and malts. Some spices on aftertaste. Next one please!

33cl bottle from a trade with Douberd, many thanks! Pours dirty hazy deep golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt, vegetables, belgian yeast. Taste of sweet and spicy pale malt, honey, spices, high carbonation.

Bottle at home Golden beer medium head. Aroma is spice, yeast, citrus. Taste is the same, hint of honeysweetness. Glass at the brewery From Tap> Hazy whitegolden, medium head. Aroma is spice, yeast and citrus. Taste some honey, peppery and a bit sweet. The tap version had more honey flavour for the rest somewhat the same.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ W. van Schaik, Vianen. Slightly hazy deep golden with a big white head. Malty aroma with some spiciness, fruitiness and some Belgian yeast. Taste is sweet, with some alcohol warmth at the end. Rather common blonde.

Bottle @ Benzai’s crazy carnaval, small sample. Clear golden color, short frothy head. Spicy aroma, yeasty, coriander. Bit sweet in taste, bit bitter. Meh.
