Nice, fruity blonde beer, the Honey has notes of lemon, orange and star anise. The Honey is strong and has a full body. The taste is light sweet and fresh bitter.

Bottle @ Don’t want anything to do with carnaval tasting. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, honey, slightly perfumy, annoying fizzy carbonation, lightly sweet-bitter, yeast. Not my thing.

33cl bottle. Pale yellow, clear, with a nice white head. Smells of sugar, boiled corn and a bit of citrus hops. Tastes bitter-sweet, like a normal Belgian pale ale, with notes of honey, Belgian yeast, citrus, ripe fruit (bananas, apricots). Quite enjoyable.
