Black beer, thin tan head. Boozy, malty aroma. Flavour has a good whack of the warming, boozy whiskey up front. There's toasty malt in here too with toffee, a bit of the wood, dried fruit,. just a hint of chocolate. Decent body, warming whiskey lingers throughout and is dominant but not overpowering, letting the other flavours add balance. Very decent.
