Tap at the Makati City, Manila Brewpub. Poured a hazy straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet apple, phenol, floral notes. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, light watery, fruity dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light baker with soft carbonation.
