Cask @ Montgomery's Tower. Pours clear amber, white topping. Aroma of light malt. Taste seems somewhat lacking, some faint caramel sweetness, light malt, overall quite light and a touch watery, coming across more like a light mild. Not great.

Third of a pint in my local Wetherspoon pub on 15th March 2018. Amber bodied, off-white blanket of foam for a head. Light malty nose and taste, biscuity and slightly fruity flavour wise. I wasn't overly impressed to be honest and it has scored the lowest of the eight beers I rated that evening.

Cask at the White Swan, Solihull. Poured a murky medium brown with a frothy white head. The aroma is biscuit malt, light fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a malt, yeasty woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask handpull at The County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear brown chestnut colour classic best bitter colour lasting beige head. OK condition and temperature. Really good brown bitter malty flavour.. Light white pepper hop finish. Caramel flavour. Some drying hop on finish. All about the malt and then the slight hop finish. Good best bitter. They do exist.
