Old school meets new school in this fresh approach to the classic IPA. At 50 IBU’s and 6.7% ABV, Breaking Bud features the restrained bitterness and alcohol of a classic IPA with newer tropical fruit hop flavors and aromas of Mosaic. Also in the hop mix are Simcoe and CTZ, creating layers of mango, passion fruit, pine and dank. A malt bill with a pinch of crystal malt and a hefty dose of flaked wheat keeps the beer crisp while adding flavor complexity. Cheers to the past, present and future!

On draught at Harry’s Hofbrau. Aromas of grapefruit and tropical fruit jump out of the glass. Pours a clear orange-copper with full white head. Flavor is tropical fruit with mango and restrained pine. Easy drinking with a moderate low bitter profile. So tasty!

On tap at Bier:Thirty Clear deep golden small but dense and lasting sandy colored head. But fresh hop aroma/ citrusy mostly but resinous line as well later. Terrific fresh bitter hoppy flavor as well . Clean malts and dry crisp trailer. Not hugely bitter at the end. Very nice
