Bottle from the Fat Cow on the Roof, Bangkok. Poured a hazy light amber colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is dry yeast, citrus fruit. The flavour is dry yeasty acid citrus with a crisp, light fruity, dry hop palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation.

Bottle from The Fat Cow, Bangkok. Pours hazy orange with some quite foamy top - that comes down but very slowly. Aroma is fresh and citrusy, Light peppery yeast spices. Taste has that buttery-citric Sorachi Ace character, interestingly blended with peppery-yeasty body, some lemon squeezed on top. Quite tasty and multi-layered, enjoying this one.
