Ambrosia is our Delicate Saison base rested on Soursop and fresh Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Soursop is a fruit we’ve never used before, it gives off a sweet tropical note which plays well with the vanilla.

Poured uncler and light golden in color.
Apricot funky, brett nose. Sulfur notes. Tart, apricotty flavor.

Hazy yellow color and tiny head. Odd tartish spicy nose. Light-bodied. Light tartness. Vanilla, some fruits. Neh. TCBW 2025.

TCBW2025. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some funk and mild earthy tones with some vanillaish sweetness to it. Flavour is strangely citrusy and vanillaish with some earthy, funky and quite tart tones. Like many other Side Project beers on this festival (and also usually), a bit strange as such, but they get away with it. Good brains when it comes to getting flavours and aromas going together.
