Ironweed DIPA features one of our favorite hop combinations, Mosaic and Strata. Generous amounts of wheat malt and pillowy oats combine effortlessly with the dry hop to bring saturated pineapple, passion fruit, and orange aromas. Balanced by restrained bitterness, absolutely quaffable.
