Dark Matter is brewed with locally grown and malted Rabbit Hill Pilsner, Munich, and CaraRye malts and Double Eagle's Black Magic malt. Decoction mashed, judiciously hopped with German Magnum, Hallertau Tradition, and Czech Saaz hops, and appropriately lagered, our Dark Lager invites you to wander back to the dark side of lagers.
