Keg at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly lightly peaty nose. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Woody madeira and caramel. Rich, fairly deep malt character. Warming peppery finish. Really good!

Tap at the Boat Quay Brewpub. Poured a murky medium brown with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet toffee apple caramel malt. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a dry earthy grainy malt, light creamy caramel light dry alcohol bitter palate. Medium to full bodied with flat carbonation.
