Keg at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Spicy nose with marzipan and citrus. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citrusy with some marzipan and spices. Mid bitter finish.

Tap at the Boat Quay Brewpub. Poured a very slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is grainy malt, earthy mineral, yeasty, big yuzu fruit, floral hop. The flavour is bitter yeast soapy floral dry hop bitter. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
