Tap at the Catfish, Melbourne. Poured a hazy straw colour with a frothy, short-lived white head. The aroma is malt, grassy citrus fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a fresh crisp malt, fruity, dry pepper spice, peppermint hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
