Tap at the Uitgang Bar, Melbourne. Poured a hazy light straw colour with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, acid citrus. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a dry yeast acid light citrus dry grainy hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
